Back in 3D: Yogi Bear...

One of my favorite classic is going 3D, at first I was elated but it soon turn into shock when I saw the proposed models;
yogi:

Boo-Boo:

It going to be combination 3D and live-action like Garfield. Don't get me wrong I love Garfield, I think my issue with this, is the models and it's supposed quality. And really, I personally will prefer fully animated movie like Up(Pixar).

What do you think...wonderful or horror!!!...

Featured: an iconic animator

Chuck Jones (1912 – 2002) is being honored today at Academy’s Grand Lobby Gallery in Beverly Hills. His works will be showcased in the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences’ summer exhibition “Chuck Jones: An Animator’s Life from A to Z-Z-Z-Z”.
His iconic creations like Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Elmer Fudd, Pepe Le Pew, Wile E. Coyote and many other characters filled my heart with joy as a little girl.

a little kick

I found this website while surfing for update on the Oscars. i look through their video collection and their commercials struck me. they are really good.........

link::: http://www.brownbagfilms.com/#/video

and winner is..........

when i watch the short film(animated) logorama, i was impressed. The use of entirely contemporary and historical logos and mascots was imaginative, this will definitely be a great piece in cinematic history.

And the other short film in this category were also lovely. i love granny o' grim version of the sleeping beauty.
